If you hold a valid Community licence and you are visiting Great Britain, you can drive any vehicle for as long as your licence remains valid.  The appropriate full entitlement for the vehicle you wish to drive must be shown on your licence.اذا كنت عقد الرخصه صالحة المجتمع واياكم زيارة بريطانيا العظمى ، يمكنك دفع اي السياره ما دام لكم رخصة صحيحة. المناسبه كامل الحق في سيارة دفع تودون ان تعرض على رخصة لكم.

Residentsالسكان

If you have a valid Community licence, this will authorise you to drive in this country for the periods set out below.  Alternatively, you can apply to exchange your licence for a British one at any time.اذا كانت لديكم اي مجتمع صحيح ترخيص هذا إذن لكم في قيادة هذا البلد لفترات المبينه ادناه. كبديل ، يمكنك طلب تبادل لكم ترخيص بريطاني واحد في اي وقت.

Provided your licence remains valid you may drive in GB -تقدم لكم ولا رخصة قيادة سارية ولعلكم في بريطانيا -

Ordinary licence holdersعادي اصحاب التراخيص
Until aged 70 or for 3 years after becoming resident whichever is the longer period.حتى 70 سنة او لمدة 3 سنوات بعد ان اصبح المقيم أيهما اطول.

Vocational licence holdersاصحاب التراخيص المهنيه
Until aged 45 or for 5 years after becoming resident whichever is the longer period.حتى 45 سنة او لمدة 5 سنوات بعد ان يصبح مقيم أيهما اطول.

If you are aged over 45 (but under 65) until your 66th birthday or for 5 years after becoming resident whichever is the shorter period.إذا كنت فوق سن 45) ولكن تحت 65) لكم حتى السادسه والستين من العمر او بعد 5 سنوات اصبح المقيم ايهما اقصر.

If you are aged 65 or over for 12 months after becoming resident.إذا أنت 65 سنة أو أكثر لمدة 12 شهرا بعد ان يصبح مقيم.

In order to continue driving after these periods, a British driving licence must be obtained.ومن اجل مواصلة القيادة بعد هذه الفترات رخصة قيادة بريطانيه يجب عليها.

You must tell us about conditions which existed prior to you coming to live here and which you may have already notified to the authorities, as well as those health conditions you have recently become aware of.عليك ان تخبرنا عن الظروف التي كانت موجودة قبل التوصل الى العيش لكم هنا والذي كنت قد ابلغت بالفعل الى السلطات فضلا عن الظروف الصحية لديكم علم مؤخرا. In most cases, our rules will be the same as those in other EC/EEA countries although there may be some differences.وفي معظم الحالات ، قواعدنا هي نفسها في البلدان الاخرى الاوروبية والبلدان الأوروبية ورغم انه قد تكون هناك بعض الخلافات. Taking a driving test  تتخذ القيادة الاختبار

If you want to take a GB driving test you must be normally resident in Great Britain.  However, if you have moved to GB having recently been permanently resident in another state of the EC/EEA, you must have been normally resident in GB for 185 days in the 12 months prior to your application for a driving test and a full licence.اذا اردت ان تتخذ بريطانيا اختبار القيادة يجب ان مقيم في بريطانيا العظمى. ولكن اذا كنت قد انتقلت الى بريطانيا بعد ان تم مؤخرا المقيمين اقامة دائمة في دولة اخرى من دول الاتحاد الاوروبي والمنطقة ، لا بد انك لم مقيم في بريطانيا لمدة 185 يوما في فترة ال 12 شهرا السابقة لطلب بلدكم لاختبار القيادة وترخيص كامل.

To take a GB driving test you will need to either :تتخذ بريطانيا اختبار قيادة ستحتاجون اما :

(i) apply for a GB counterpart licence (D58/2) by completing a D9 (available from Embassies or DVLA) and enclosing your Community driving licence which will be returned to you.(ط) طلب لبريطانيا نظير الرخصه (d58/2) اكمال D9) متوفره لدى السفارات او رخص وارفق لكم رخصة القيادة المحلية التي سيعاد لك. The provisional licence document is issued free of charge.الترخيص المؤقت وثيقة تصدر مجانا. However, the appropriate fee must be paid and your Community licence surrendered in exchange for a GB one when claiming the full entitlement;الا ان أجر مناسب يجب الاهتمام ومجتمعك تسليم الرخصه مقابل بريطانيا واحد عندما اعلنت كامل الحق.

(ii) exchange your Community licence for the British equivalent and request the appropriate provisional entitlement.(ب) تبادل مجتمعك رخصة البريطانية معادلة وطلب الحصول مؤقتة مناسبة.

Vehicles which Community Licence holders may also drive in GBأسعار السيارات المحلية حاملي التراخيص أيضا حملة في بريطانيا

Community licence holders with category B entitlement can also drive certain vehicles in GB, which are exempt from the normal large vehicle driver licensing requirements.مجتمع اصحاب التراخيص مع الفئة باء يمكن ان تدفع الاستحقاقات أيضا بعض المركبات في بريطانيا ، وهي معفاه من سائق السياره العاديه كبير شروط الترخيص. These include non-commercial minibuses driven on a voluntary basis, permit minibuses and large vehicles such as agricultural motor vehicles and road construction vehicles.وتشمل هذه الحافلات غير التجاري الطلب على أساس طوعي ، رخصة الحافلات والمركبات الكبيرة مثل المنتجات الزراعية والسيارات ومركبات الطرق. Community Licences issued in exchange for licences from elsewhereالمجتمع تراخيص مقابل التراخيص من جهة اخرى

• A Community licence issued on the strength of a licence from a designated country (see section 3) will be valid for driving in GB for 12 months only and IS acceptable for exchange purposes.مجتمع رخصة صادرة عن قوة ترخيص معين من البلاد (انظر القسم 3) تكون صالحة للقيادة في بريطانيا لمدة 12 شهرا فقط وليس مقبولا اغراض التبادل.

• A Community licence issued on the strength of a licence from a non-designated country will be valid for driving in GB for 12 months only (see section 5) but is NOT valid for exchange purposes.مجتمع رخصة صادرة عن قوة ترخيص من غير بلد معين تكون صالحة للقيادة في بريطانيا لمدة 12 شهرا فقط (انظر القسم 5) ، ولكن لا تصلح لاغراض التبادل.

• A licence from any country outside the EC/EEA, which was originally issued on the basis of a Community licence, will be valid for driving in GB for 12 months only and is acceptable for exchange purposes.ترخيص من أي بلد خارج الاتحاد الاوروبي / الأوروبي الذي صدر على اساس اي مجتمع ترخيص سوف تكون صالحة للقيادة في بريطانيا لمدة 12 شهرا فقط وليس مقبولا اغراض التبادل. Evidence of the original EC/EEA entitlement must be provided.الدليل الاصلي للجماعة الأوروبية الاقتصادية يجب ان تكون على حق.

2.2. Northern Irelandايرلندا الشمالية

You can exchange a full Northern Ireland driving licence for a full GB licence or you can use your licence here until it runs out.يمكنك تبادل كامل ايرلندا الشمالية رخصة القيادة لبريطانيا كامل رخصة او يمكنك استخدام رخصة لكم هنا الى ان تنفد. When it expires you may apply for a GB licence.عندما ينتهي يمكنكم تقديم طلب للحصول على رخصة بريطانيا. A Northern Ireland ordinary licence may be exchanged provided it was issued on or after 1st January 1976;  a vocational licence may be exchanged if issued on or after 1st April 1986.ايرلندا الشمالية عادي رخصة يمكن تبادلها على انه صادر فى او بعد اول كانون الثاني / يناير 1976. المهني الرخصه يمكن استبدالها اذا صدرت فى او بعد اول نيسان / ابريل 1986. You may take a driving test in Great Britain using your Northern Ireland provisional or full licence if this gives the appropriate entitlement.  We cannot register an address in England, Scotland or Wales on to a Northern Ireland licence.انك قد يستغرق اختبار القيادة في بريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية ، باستخدام لكم كامل مؤقت او رخصة اذا هذا يعطي الحق المناسبه. لا يمكننا سجل كلمة في انكلترا اسكتلندا او ويلز على ايرلندا الشمالية الرخصه.

Mutual Recognition of Driving Disqualifications between Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI).الاعتراف المتبادل بين قيادة مدنيه بين بريطانيا العظمى (بريطانيا وايرلندا الشمالية (ني).

Since 11 October 2004 there has been mutual recognition between GB & NI of driving disqualifications.منذ 11 تشرين الاول / اكتوبر 2004 كان هناك اعتراف متبادل بين بريطانيا وشاركت في دفع تعويضات. This allows:هذا يسمح :

• recognition in GB of disqualifications which were imposed under NI jurisdiction.الاعتراف في بريطانيا من الانتخاب التي فرضت بموجب نعمة الولايه.
• endorsement of GB counterparts issued to NI licence holders.تأييد بريطانيا تصدر الى الدول ني اصحاب التراخيص. An NI driving licence holder may apply for a GB counterpart by completing form D9 (available from DVLA).فني حامل الرخصه ان يقدم طلبا لبريطانيا النظير من اكمال الشكل D9) من الحصر المتاحة. This can be kept with their NI licence and will allow them to avail themselves of the Fixed Penalty Scheme for certain types of offence.ويمكن أن أبقى مع المؤسسات الوطنية ورخصة تسمح لها بالاستفاده من العقوبه خطة ثابتة لأنواع معينة من الجرائم.
• revocation of an NI licence in conformity with the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995.فني الغاء الرخصه وفقا لحركة المرور (حركة جديدة عام 1995.
• revocation of an NI licence on grounds of disability and prospective disabilityفالغاء ترخيص ني على اساس الاعاقه والعجز المرتقب

Reciprocal provisions came into force in Northern Ireland at the same time as those made in Great Britain.المتبادله حيز التنفيذ فى ايرلندا الشمالية فى الوقت نفسه عن تلك التي في بريطانيا العظمى.
